About us

"Centro Picasso" school is a specialist in teaching Spanish for foreigners. We started our activity in Estonia many years ago, and since then, thanks to a successful model of education we have expanded to other states, as Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Poland. Our centre's aim is not only promote learning and practicing of Spanish language, but we also offer and organize cultural activities such as movie evenings, reading afternoons, debates and different workshops related with spanish culture.

Our professores:

	José Vicente Losada Martín	José Vicente is from Andalucia. He has CAP (formación de adaptación pedagógica) certificate for pedagogical aptitude, as well as he has formed himself for teaching Spanish as a foreign language (formación como profesor de español como lengua extranjera (ELE)). He speaks English and is interested in foreign countries and cultures. José Vicente has also studyed art in the University of Seville. He has perticipated in many workshops, courses and exhibitions. The guitar and flamenco are his passions. He is happy to teach.
	Elena Framit	Elena comes from Jaen, Andalucia. She has a degree from Univesidad de Complutense de Madrid in advertising, she has studied sign lenguage and has a master degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language form Universidad de Nebrija. Besides of native Spanish, she also knows English, German and Spanish and American sign language.  Elena enjoys learning new languages, travel and learn about new cultures, especially their gastronomy.
	Emma Palau Ferrer	Emma is from Valencia. She has dedicated more than 10 years in journalism, precisely, television. Now for already quite while she teaches Spanish language and literature. Emma has studied journalism in Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU, and she has a Master Degree of University of Valencia in pedagogy of Spanish language and literature. She posseses a certificate f the University of Valencia and Instituto Cervantes about the teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Emma speaks Spanish, Catalan, Italian and English. She likes travelling and literature. She is our Head Teacher at the moment.
	Pepa Solís Carmona	Pepa has been born in Seville, but she comes from Cordova, Andalucia. She has learn drama in ESAD, and the history of art in the University of Seville. She has specialized in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Pepa is interested in foreign languages, as French, Russian, English, arts and culture. She likes to travel and experience new things.
	Sergi Peñarrubia Valles	Sergi was born in Valencia. He is a student of University of Valencia and currently enjoys studieng in Riga. He speaks Spanish, Valencian and English. He loves to know different cultures.
